Ohh, new driver is here 😉 Everything is fine, upgraded driver. Restart is needed & cache needs to be rebuild. Uncharted working fine.
How exactly does one rebuild the cache?

really?
ok was cpu giving me crap, not drivers. My gygabite laptop likes to throttle down based on battery charge no matter if AC is in or not. Most annoying thing ever. So stupid 6 bios updates since this thing came out, still crap.....

Hmm... I'm the opposite on both 3090s. A matters of fact, I see a boosts ~9% in performance e.g. MWII-9%(b), RDR2-5%(b), Elden Ring 7%(b), Maxon - Cinema4D / Redshift3D super smooth, etc.
Me too, games plays even better now. They fine tune driver even today 😉 NV is FineWine too i see....

You do nothing, just play games 😎

@ManuelG I filled out a driver feedback report but thought I would give you a rundown here Use case and can be reproduced between drivers Using display switch commands to change monitor from internal monitor to external monitor. Display Switch commands in use %windir%\System32\DisplaySwitch.exe /internal %windir%\System32\DisplaySwitch.exe /external What happens When switching between monitors, monitor speakers lost of sound and need a computer restart to get sound working again on Nvidia High Definition Audio Device. Problem started after Nvidia Driver 522.25 which works fine when using display switch commands. Problem drivers are 526.47,526.61,526.86 No sound from monitor speakers after switch monitors with display switch commands.

Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) service may report higher GPU usage on some RTX 30-series configurations [3830387] Also happens on my rtx 2080 so not just a 30 series issue

I second that with 2070 Super

Tried FH5, I get worse performance with this driver. Even with DLSS on I'm down on performance. And for some reason my progression is gone and I had to start the game over. Major letdown on the game. Going to try MW2 now.

MW2 performs worse. In the menus it's half the frame rate and the game stutters in game now. Ugh, going to try some other things before just going back.

first driver after 522.25 which seems to be working fine with 4090 (idle and youtube crashes...)

I'm loving these drivers. 🙂

Thirding with 2060 non-super

Alright, upon some tweaking and a reboot, it feels about the same. FH5 has DLSS but it's hard to notice that much of a difference until I choose performance preset. MW2 issue seems solbed.

Looks like I'll be avoiding Game Ready drivers for the time being. Pretty happy on 522.33. Expanded and re-compressed DL (608 MB): [link removed] Branch: 526.86 - r526_25-17 526.61 - r526_25-7

Another update another nvlddmkm id event 0 \device\video3 GPUID: 100 For anyone who want to test iS very simple and totally replicable with the latest driver versions Download OCCT, and run the VRAM test for only 1 minute, at exactly the end of the test, go to Windows Event Viewer and you will have a nice nvlddmkm id event 0 (\device\video3 GPUID: 100) surpirse, if not working at first run, just do the second try again with 1 minute VRAM test on OCCT. PS: Already tested 4 different grafics cards all exactly same syntoms.

Great drivers for my 980 GTX in Battlefield 2042, next up the RTX 2070 super 😀

Surely Not:

Thirding with 2060 non-super
Had dwm.exe GPU at 100% aswell. Disable HAGS in Windows setting and reboot. Worked for me

great drivers, working fine, boost up performance on FH5, very nice!! RTX3060Ti

Any reason why all drivers for 4090 have defaulted to line based interrupt instead of MSI mode ? The card supports it. What's even weirder is the audio device defaults to MSI.
