I think that will disable everything in system tray popping up too, volume, network, time etc
true. time works, but calendar dont. ..... anybody having issue with msi afterburner not showing memory usage in games. I was testing GTA V and usage was stuck at 400mb and then later game crashed...

went back to 350.12, these drivers crashed windows on every single start up black screen and crash until i restart, thankfully safe mode works great uninstalled these build 10061, never had the issue with any other of their driver before
Chances are they are designed for 10074 Try upgrading

Seeming they release windows 10 tp much faster than NVidia release drivers and each one is just full of bugs I suggest you just keep upping and upping and upping. Oh and a clean install is the best way to go, so enjoy that, K back to gaming not on a windows TP. Regards

probably gonna try later or tomorrow, kind of don't want to update windows twice today, right before installing them went from 10041 to 10061, guess that could be the case
10074 is a huge improvement over all previous builds, I'd recommend it

Back to 350.12 for now. Old bugs with SoM are still present but at least it doesn't crash like before, just performs ~20FPS worse.. 3DMark and other games work fine though. http://i.imgur.com/39GNzXD.png Also, is build 10074 officially out yet?

10074 is a huge improvement over all previous builds, I'd recommend it
Installed on vbox last night and I can not say I see too much improvement let alone a huge one. Sticky start button, migration of a control panel to a dumb downed settings panel, no control over updates or what appz they want to force feed you. Nothing much works without a live account. Guess it is as much as windows 8 was a huge improvement to windows 7. Dumb downed for small devices appears to be the way it is going. One can hope dx12 will make it all worth it. I can wait until the school rush release or maybe the fall one when the real RTM will be released. Regards

Your problem may be the Vbox. 10061 is nice for me, but I dual boot. The "dumbed down" stuff you mention is true to an extent, but the Device Manager still works fine like it always has to install drivers and provide a real look at the hardware, and so on. I don't have "live" installed (that I'm aware of, and everything works fine) and have yet to have an application or game ask for it--so not sure what's going on there for you. I use an AMD GPU and for several weeks now I've had a WDDM 2.0 Dx12 driver, at least as ID'ed by dxdiag.exe (this is the second WDDm 2.0 driver, in fact--they're coming only through Win10 Update). It runs without problems in my system--Pillars of Eternity & other games run fine. Of course, a driver ID'ing itself to the system as "DX12" doesn't mean a whole lot without DX12 benchmarks & games that actually support the new features of D3d12. D3d12 will be as backwards compatible as D3d11, too, so we'll need application software that specifically calls for the new stuff in D3d12 (IE, that won't run without D3d12 IHV drivers--or will run but very slowly without D3d12 feature support) before we can make any pertinent observations about it, imo.

gtx 750 ti 2gb + amd x4 640 3.2ghz here... 3dmark api overhead dx12 and dx11mt score increase.. dx11st same score dx11mt from 750k to 1m drawcalls dx12 from 6.2m to 7m drawcalls :)

It's in the "Change resolution" settings. I think there's something new (or I haven't noticed it earlier) - you can set the color depth next to the RGB settings.

No probs with vbox, windows 10 compatible. You are using cortana with no M$ account? I am not talking about MPC-BE or foobar or photoshop I am talking about things such as one note, cortana etc. Thinks we really do not need but can not be uninstalled. The M$ appz that are hard coded into the start menu and a start menu that can not be modified. Device manager survives for the time being, all seems to be moving to the new settings panel with less control. Check to see if windows update is still in the control panel on the 10074 build. About the driver not the OS and I am OT :bang:. Regards

Has anyone with Fermi checked if WDDM 2.0 is supported yet?
The Kernel Driver from R352.63 should now support Fermi GPUs.
