This is what happens to me from the 416.30 drivers, and to see that it continued as "open issue" with these 416.81 I thought to discard them. Thank you for clarifying that is something resolved, so downloading.
Hey Aquiles, have you tried these? I've seen one post saying the issue is not fixed.

I just installed them and I confirm that this issue is NOT fixed. Back to the 416.16, which are the only 416.xx drivers (WDDM 2.5) that don't have that issue.

I will try it now just to know! I will report back soon! Btw i just played 2 hours of R6 Siege and everything is fine and smooth! DSR for me is fixed too! EDIT: No DXGI errors so far while playing SOTTR! The game is running smoothly!

So far so good, although that's something the last driver improved upon, too. I can go long stretches with no errors, but specific water sections (usually after falling/diving from a great height) can be problem spots. There's one spot in particular, right after the rotating door puzzle, that crashes for me almost every time. Still, the game became stable enough where I was able to complete it. I'd say I probably had 20'ish crashes in total, and luckily the game autosaves a lot.

Hmm Dare I? My only concern is Quake champions, any other game runs fine. Ran fine with any 41x.xx so far.. only this QC crashed to desktop, 399.24 is fine atm.. Well since I'm a driver geek I will try them soon, probably xD

Erm, just noticed my OC dropped from 2000mhz @1,025v with these, to 1936 @1,036v with the same OC profile as before (I'm using curve)? How is that even possible, will test on the previous driver. P.S. Deleted the driver, cleaned with DDU, installed 416.64, clocks are back to normal. Not from a Tinfoil club, but is this a Gimp attempt?

Also wondering about this. I've been on 399.24 since the day they came out and things have been pretty good, but my UWP games have started stuttering in the last day or so. I'm thinking now might be a good time to try the 400 series but I'm not sure if I can even use them. Is the 1809 requirement for all the RTX/DXR stuff or for the 400 drivers? I'm still on 1709 and will be for as long as possible.

Driver installed fine here also. No hiccups. Going to do some gaming in FFXV and Destiny 2 (yes I like the game!).
