Does it act this way on Windows 10? not only 11? Have you reported the issue yourself via the amdbugreporttool ?

AMD drops the ball and breaks Blue blurring on taskbar and Lock Screen on windows 10 ( don't know how you miss that when the taskbar is in front of your face all day devs ). Wide spread reports of the memory clock not being fixed. Corruption on scroll bars so on so forth. Looks like this broke more than it fixed and did pretty much nothing since no no one's ever cared about AMDs this driver performs better for this game by this much than previous drivers when this game wasn't even released till this driver release.

21.12.1 and 22.1.1 broke Cyberpunk 2077 on Polaris cards shadow and light problem gpu stuck at max clock still present (AMDRSServ.exe) i'm start to think AMD don't give a frack about anything bellow RDNA2 at point they even test before release lol.
In before some moron blames the issue on the game.

it act both on windows 10 and windows 11 here is the video of the problem on edge browser + chrome flickering Firefox work fine https://streamable.com/4v4u7b yes i report this problem many times

You mean like the whole screen goes black when playing a YT vid on Chrome? Hadn't happen when I first got the card and its various driver iterations, but the recent drivers (around 2-3 months back) have had this particular issue. I'd have to Ctrl + Alt + Del to bring up Task Manager, most of the time, that would bring up or expose top of the Chrome tab, I'd need to move it around a little to get the screen to go back to desktop. When I play YT vids on FF, no such issue. I believe I've reported this bug already.....

I see what you mean now.. that is indeed extremely annoying. Out of curiosity, what is your monitors refresh rate, and if you lower the refresh rate does the monitor still black out?

Pretty much, big fail that took over a month lol. Better to sit on 21.12.1 until 22.1.3 comes out at the end of the month and hopefully it won't be a crap shoot

Is the driver installed for the monitor? Sorry if these have been asked elsewhere, I'm just trying to think of things other than the video card driver being the culprit. Also, being an Asus card, have you registered it on the official Asus website, and used the issue reporter on the Asus website.. I did this when I got my card and it resulted in them releasing a new bios for the card.

I still have max vram clock with my monitor ViewSonic VX3276-2K-MHD (75 Hz). I still have to use CRU as a workaraund.

Just had a black screen on Mafia Definitive Edition, but it recovered. It was during the defend the booze truck mission. I completed it and a couple more missions and it was fine. However, when I shut the game down the moment the black screen happened was there as/like a screenshot. Then I get the error message that it had crashed. Very wierd. So I rolled back to the previous good ones.

Yeah the vram clock is still stuck for me with multiple displays. Eh, bug report sent so next driver maybe can finally fix it for all.
