2000 mini LEDs adds 4000 Euro to the price of a 31" monitor - they must cost 2 Euro each 🙄

Dell has officially lost their damn minds! There's no reason for us to change our Pro Display XDR for this downgrade for the same price.

Meanwhile, OLED TVs are creeping down to that $1000 price. And it has "only" 24883200 tiny light-emitting cells (probably more, I think there's a few rows of them on the sides which are used for pixel-shift feature). So yes, Dell have lost their minds, and also everyone else charging outrageous prices on mini-LED displays.

Well at least they can claim 2k leds vs the Pro Display XDR having 576(?). Either way both Apple and Dell have lost their minds on this - prices completely outside the realm of sanity, even for organizations / creative shops. Edit: Worth pointing out, Apple’s Pro Display XDR starts at 5k. It’s an extra $1000 for the special glass and another $1000 for the stand...

I took the bullet and I'm now standing in front of my CX55' from 1 m distance. No other monitor on my desk, just this TV connected to the PC. There is no monitor that can even come close to this one, in terms of picture quality. It's a bit big though, but you can't have them all. CX48' is not to be found in my country.

2,000 LEDs does not equate to 2,000 local dimming zones. I want more!

What a bargain...[not]...and for just a couple thousand more you can get the nifty monitor attachments, too...! Well the one thing good about owning a monitor like this is that your work is bound to look appreciably better on your monitor than it will probably look anywhere else...;)

"for creators" - What if I'm not a creator? Can I still use this? "for creators equipped with a proper 2,000 mini-LED backlights." - I'm only equipped with 500 mini-LED backlights. Can I still use this?
