Not quite: NVIDIA also has the Grace Superchip, which combines two Grace CPUs in the same package as the Grace Hopper. This just replaces the Hopper GPU with another Grace CPU, still connected through the high speed NVLink bus that connects the CPU and GPU in the Grace Hopper part. So you get 144 processor cores in the system. That does necessitate an external GPU if you need GPU capabilities, but you get double the CPU processing capability.
