Good news. I have been playing since 4.00 was released, up to 120 hours, halfway through hearts of stone. I went out and bought a 4090 to play this game in all its glory but found out that without frame generation, the 4090's horsepower was almost meaningless.

Saddly, frame generation is broken in this update. Crash every 10 min. Avoid and wait for hotfix.
