Mine goes : BF2 > BF1942 > BF2142 > BC2 >BFV >BF4 >BF3 I didn't bother with BF cops and robbers, nor BF1 and I suspect BF5, I won't either. BF1 is 5 bucks and I haven't bought it. That's sad considering 12 years ago, Battlefield was easily my favorite game series. Now it's just a money grab and nearly devoid of all the charm from the original games. The older games I loved didn't have an SP campaign like we have now. It had bots and it was a much better game. It was also moddable. What we get now is Call of Duty with vehicles and larger maps.

In my case it is: bfbc2>bf1&5>bf3&4&hardline. Bad company 2 was my first bf game and i fell in love with it because of its single player, long time after completing campaign i've tried mp and i enjoyed it a lot. BF3 and 4 were ok games but not as fun as bad company 2 also i didn't like bad map design in these, for example metro which was single line of chokepoints. Because of this horrible map design it was possible (at least in theory) to reach top level without killing and dying, playing just supportive way. I didn't spend in both of these much time because of how uninteresting they were to me. Hardline was much more interesting and had unique gameplay but it shouldn't be released as battlefield game, for this only reason it was badly received despite game itself being good. BF1 is first bf game since bc2 which gave me actual fun and i enjoy playing it. Also unique approach to single player, campaign is awesome. Multiplayer maps are nice and sniping is satisfying as it was to me in bad company 2. BF5 beta was fun, introduced a lot of changes to core mechanics in bf series, people need to get used to these as during beta for example many squad mates were not reviving. In many ways bf5 was reminding me of bad company 2. 99% of time in bf series i spent playing as recon/sniper class because i prefer sniping over running with other weapons or using vehicles.

I might actually re-install BF4 and see how populated the servers are. I might also just un-install BF1 forever and never play it again. BF5 no thanks, maybe down the line when you are also giving that away for free too instead of spending £120 on it like i did with BF1 which is now looking like the worst purchase/preorder i have ever made. Won't make that mistake ever again that's for sure.

There a tons of battlefield 4 servers ! With the fail of BFV players are coming back to bf 4 .

I got it as well, £4.37 I thought, why not. Probably just play the SP campaign, worth it just for that.

Meh Everyone is gonna have his/hers own opinion on the BF series. For me i talk in Fond Memories and not which game was actually the best. So in that regard it's BF1942 first then Road to Rome and Desert Combat Final mod. Then it'll be the one i played the most BF2 which is close to BFBC2 which is probably the best BF game ever but then for BF3 + 4 Which don't get me wrong i played them a lot but never got the same feelings as those first 3 games i mentioned. For some reason i never tried BFV but friends liked it as for BF1 and BF5 well i feel like a cash cow for EA/Dice with those games and don't have any fond memories from them. GIVE US BFBC3 or GTFO. Thinking about that i get a bad feeling that it's now too late for a BC3. BC3 released now will be another ruined title in my humble opinion.

I got this game with Origin Access pass.Graphical wise Battlefield 1 was very good.but Campaign Gameplay nah.I don't know its me or Developers don't know how to make games anymore.
