Who cares, it's a problem for reviewers not consumers.
Anyhoo, nice review and great to see another good looking and very optimised game.
Hopefully they can get DX12 MGPU working.

Surprising to me just how well this game seems to be coded and optimized. I remember BF4's launch only too well and it was a Charlie Foxtrot to say the least.
Even more surprising, with my single EVGA 1080 FTW, I can keep a steady 60 FPS playing at 4k, with all settings on Ultra except for AA. It really runs great.
This is a very sharp looking game, I mean really stunning. And enjoyable as well. I'll be sinking some hours into this one for sure.

With the cost of the game, looks like I'll be waiting a while to pick it up.

I'm surprised by the lack of performance gain with DX12 in the benchmark.
In SP I tested the same spot with DX11 and DX12, my FPS went from 76 to 85 (approximately). I'll try that spot again when the full game releases, this was done on the 10h demo.
GPU: AMD 390 Drivers: 16.10.1 (not whql)
With that said, DX12 slightly stuttered for me. I mentioned this elsewhere on the forums. It seems to go away after a long period of play, but I do get small stutters after launch.

I see the 980ti was re-tested, looking at 1440p (my gaming res) it's now comfortably beating cards it was losing to when the review first went out. 91fps now as opposed to 71fps yesterday, that's 20fps gain in DX11, roughly the same gain in DX12.
What made the difference Hilbert? I thought that 71fps was kinda low for a 980ti when it easily runs at higher fps for me at 1440p all maxed.

R9 Fury doing her job very well and cheaper than rx 480 ( 8gb ) and gtx 1060 ( 6gb ) in france ( 279e )

Confirms what I saw in the beta (I was getting 100fps+ @1920x1200).
I think this game utilises gpu very well so doesn't leave much resources for DX12 "improvements" in fps like we see with some other games.
However, going by their track-record, it's still very early days. Come back in 6months and the situation might be different as they further improve performance and iron-out performance /+ bugs.

Great review Hilbert !
Though I am a bit puzzled by the 980ti performance @1080p. I own a G1 Gaming and I have 110-120 fps at best (I played only mp) and drops to 80-90 or even 70 during action packed moments (Explooooosions Mr Torgue style). I actually had better performance during the alpha and the beta (120-130 with little drops) from what I remember.
But still, your benchmarks show better performance. So I am wondering, they have an option to lock memory usage in the video menu ; it was enabled by default and I left it this way not really knowing what it was. Did you disable it ?

Wow that EA bull***. Thank you for your service Hilbert!

Was the 980ti re-tested? Performance still seems lower than expected. I remember in open beta 980ti was faster than Fury X in DX11 now its slower using both API's.
