Given the price of some of these "Gaming" routers, I suggest going to purchase yourself an actual firewall (pfSense, Untangle etc) and getting some less expensive yet well performing APs. I understand how buying an all in one device is advantageous for many given the simplicity and if the price is right but for several hundred dollars all you are doing is purchasing marketing. They slap the word "Gaming" on it, make it look ridiculous, and all you have done is normally gotten decent WIFI, a crappy firewall and an OK switch. The most important part of those 3 is always the weakest in terms of performance and capability. Again, the all in one makes sense but (to me) not at the crazy price points some of these things cost.
