Thanks @KissSh0t and may I kindly ask you to dump your BIOS with GPU-Z so I can try it on mine? As you can see in the screenshot, I downloaded the file from ASUS (using your link this time) and same as before happens. No BIOS update but indeed your's is updated since it shows 15.5.0.1.0 and mine is 15.5.0.0.0. If you would be so kind. I've tried every BIOS on techpowerup's VGA BIOS collection (even those with your same version number) and none work good since I experience crashes without any overclock and after using DDU for removing the driver each time. The one I have at the moment is so old that I have the -50% > +50% Power Limit, and I know the latest BIOS is only allowed -25% > +25% Maybe yours will be the one!

Best of luck, also I am curious what you're power supply is, I am running a EVGA Supernova G2 750W.. *edit* Ohh I see you're profile states EVGA 600B. You reminded me I had actually validated my card before and after applying the bios from asus, here are both my techpowerup validations which shows the bios build change, also the cards name changes from ASUS Radeon (TM) RX 470 Series to Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics which I thought was interesting Before: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/details/8bd8a After: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/details/3nmz

Wow, I did not notice that one! My PSU at the moment is an EVGA 600 B1.
