Borys:

Wowwww... its a little monster right? The question is: makes sense investing $ 3.500 in a laptop? To me, its better buy a nice $ 2.000 laptop and take the $ 1.500 to buy a new or upgrade your main desktop...
Same here, but depends on the life style you have. If I had a job where I was constantly on the go (I've seen people that do a lot of traveling and staying in hotels for their jobs) I'd probably get this instead of a desktop though.

@Truder just to give an example: the U.S. alone has about 2M ppl (incl res), many being moved around every 1-2y, and about 1M is active duty all over the world. not a single gamer talking to me about PC/PS/XB/gaming hw would worry about battery time, all their housing has power, are using headphones even if just to not annoy others in the same room, and especially when stationed on temp places, have elevated noise levels around them anyway (equipment/generators). most might not know about cleaning a rig, but all know about maintenance, even if its just the stuff they use (veh), and worst case, will have the IT "guy" ppl look at it for cleaning/YT video etc. all their gear is loaded on containers, but many will still take it on the flight (when being moved). and many of those wont have much on expenses (when station outside the US), and basically have their full income to "spend" every month, making such purchases less about funds. and just looking at low numbers (only 50% are gamers), just 0.001% looking for a gaming laptop, means 100 ppl will buy one. so while i say most i met will still prefer less res/higher refresh rate on the panel, maybe smaller gpu but bigger/more drives or other equipment, i would guess my old store would sell at least 5-10 in a year (depending on their zero cost financing for some, to get this vs a smaller unit).
