Hey, @Cp0 they acknowledged Dying Light 2 issues again: Corruption may be observed while playing Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition or Alan Wake 2 with Radeon™ Boost enabled. Users experiencing this issue are recommended to disable Radeon™ Boost as a temporary workaround.

They missed a lot of issues, not sure about enshrouded i have to check if they fixed the one i have in my list. I am especially curious if they enabled the particle effects again, if not they seriously need to list that as known issue or enable it again and list the RGB laser show issue, i understand the game is problematic but lets not try to hide issues, i know for a fact many have experienced the same RGB laser show after testing it out with me, it may only be reproduceable now at 100% succes rate on 24.2.1 anything after may be 99% less likely but may still happen. I am gonna start testing if any of the issues i can reproduce are fixed or behaving in a new way. I recommend running DDU from safe mode and then install this driver, just do not forgot to export snap settings, if importing makes it freeze up prepare to click keep user settings before it resets back to default.

any news about fix crashing in warzone/call of duty?

And this driver still crashes with your "corrupted" files. 😀

Importing user snap settings still lead to Radeon Software to freeze, keep user settings are kept if you are fast enough before it freezes.

They are working with the game studio, but you have to test if still an issue, its likely still ongoing cos its game related or require AMD/GAME studio assistance to fix on both ends. Still shocking to see nothing about World of Warcraft, how can they still not have found the issue, after so many have complained about this. Also Helldivers 2 dualscreen related crashes not fixed, and no longer a known issue, i guess AMD was hoping i was not gonna notice ? they did this with SC2 driver timeouts in the past, then it re appeared again later for it to be fixed on the next driver this time, i guess they can still update the known issues, they did so with 24.2.1 as well.

How can they add new Vulkan extensions when driver is still at 2.0.299? Looks like this version number scheme is stripped off any meaning? And Anti-Lag+ "soon", didn't that work out fine. A** clown Azor...

And the link: Click HERE for more information about other Vulkan® extension support. Doesn't give us any information (it doesn't work)! Well done, AMD! 😀

I know, because neither AMF Runtime, not AMF SDK changed versions since 24.1.1 Yay! ------- Anyways. From bugs i actually got one silently fixed. Disciples Liberation textures with Enhanced Shaders now do not artifact on movement. There is still some shadow related weirdness, but i can easily throw it onto game general quality). I cannot compare with no "Quality Shaders" chechbox because without them those textures become flat, so no shadows at all. Before they were fractured by squares? Lines? And you could see this fracture on camera movement, as lines move across texture. Now it is gone. Only shadows are squarish. Here... I will show you all what i meant. There were two types of artifacts, one on glowy stuff and second is on bone pile. Now they are gone, only shadows in bone pile are as if reponding by steps on timer and not instantly. But seems like it likely to be game issue. Hmm... Now that i am rewatching a tapes, i don't even think i could see shadows on bones with this artifacting. ------- And for some ungodly reason microstutter during ReLive screen capture (only in some games) now is tied not to Enhanced Sync, but to VSync instead. Again, in SOME games. But yeah.

Ah, the last time it just took them days or so to update the linked page with new content. But now it looks like with their (crappy) website modernization, it leads to the ether realm (Frank Azor's mind?) instead.

The term soon™️ is so overused by marketing people that I just ignore their statements. It can mean anything from one week to one year... Don't get your hopes up unless they announce a specific date.

Still an issue and now worse fullscreen effects no longer affect flickering will now stay regardless of fullscreen effect setting. Ratchet & clank:Rift apart may experience flickering during the puzzle stages on with preset set to Very high + ray tracing set to high, the flickering is at its worse during outro after finishing a puzzle during one of the puzzle stages, flickering may occur outside puzzle stages at reduced rate.
https://i.imgur.com/0BgxpCU.pngp
Horizon Zero Dawn when HDR is enabled looks broken still.
https://i.imgur.com/4Tovwos.jpeg
After launching Enshrouded SDR content brightness is set to 0 forcing user to toggle HDR off and on again for quick fix.

They are still editing the patch notes. Added: Performance Highlights Performance improvements for HELLDIVERS™ 2 AI Application Update Support and optimizations for 7.1.0 & 7.1.1 versions of Topaz Gigapixel AI application with new “Recovery” and “Low Resolution” AI upscaling features.

Topaz AI though is new one. I do have weird behaviour with VSync during mouse movement in few games. But i don't think it is something that will bother me. Pretty sure it will get fixed anyways, and i am too lazy to send wall of text as bug report to AMD right now.

Going to stay on UWP drivers since they are doing well.

Stutter with hardware cursor updates + vsync? Is broken since first 23.40 driver.

Was it that long? I thought it was pretty smooth... Oh, well, seems like i rarely play game affected by this with VSync enabled (usually for these games i unlock FPS) I guess they should fix it in next major version. But it won't be very soon.

Unfortunately, yes. At least if we are talking about the same issue (stutter when visible hardware cursor receives updates, i.e. cursor motion). I can also see the stutter as spikes when vsync caps the frame rate. When being well below the VRR range maximum, the graph doesn't necessarily show the spikes (no matter whether frame start or frame presentation is chosen as calculation point in RTSS), but it stutters regardless. With this tool, a software cursor can be forced as a workaround ("Fix cursor color" option) when games run on DXGI: https://bitbucket.org/CalibrationTools/calibration-tools/downloads/
