Athlon XP 3000 -> 75 w TDP ,1 Core ,the CPU i used like 20 years ago 🙂 75 w x 128 c-> 9600 w -> today's tech 360 w ,impressive stuff , great time to be alive

you have also to add the huge difference of cache, which takes mostly the biggest part in the TDP measurements.

When you account for performance-per-watt, the gap widens exponentially.

meanwhile Genoa-X (3D) has 1.3Gb L3 cache @ 96 cores...
