Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, a major US law firm, has filed a class action suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against Electronic Arts, on behalf of that company's shareholders. "The complaint", as revealed on Business Wire, "charges Electronic Arts and certain of its officers and directors with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934".

Activision has released a new Call of Duty: Ghosts Season Pass trailer naming and detailing the DLC packs it includes. At $49.99, this year's CoD Season Pass accounts for four main DLC drops, titled Onslaught, Devastation, Invasion, and Nemesis. These four packs will introduce to the game new multiplayer maps, bonus weapons, and a "unique 4-part episodic Extinction experience", according to the publisher. The Season Pass price represents and $10 discount on purchasing the content packs separately. Season Pass buyers also get instant access to the Free Fall multiplayer map and some other goodies including a MP Character Head, Weapon Camo, Reticle, Player Patch, Player Card and a Player Background, as detailed in the trailer.
