Thermaltake unveiled the Steel Shadow EX Ocean View Chassis on JD.com, designed to accommodate ATX motherboards and feature a 360-degree water cooling system. The chassis offers a modular design with ten fan positions, enhancing its cooling capabilities for high-performance setups. The Steel Shadow EX chassis is distinguished by its open design, utilizing a no-A-pillar and 270° panoramic view that maximizes visibility and aesthetic appeal. It features a split-chamber layout to improve heat management, with the hard drive and power supply units discreetly located behind the main compartment. The design includes multiple ventilation points on the front, back, top, and bottom panels to ensure effective airflow.

Compatible with ATX, M-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, the chassis supports a standard ATX power supply and various fan configurations: up to three 120mm fans or two 140mm fans adjacent to the motherboard, three 120mm fans on the top, three on the bottom, and one 120mm fan at the rear. It also accommodates up to 360mm integrated water cooling systems on top and up to 240mm on the motherboard side, providing flexibility for different cooling needs. Storage options include space for one 3.5-inch hard drive or two 2.5-inch hard drives.

The chassis is equipped with modern connectivity options, including one USB-C port, one USB-A 3.0 port, one USB-A 2.0 port, and one 3.5mm audio jack, catering to a range of peripheral and device connections.
