The T-CREATE CLASSIC C4 series by Team represents a collection of NVMe M.2 SSDs designed to support PCI Express 4.0 (x4) connectivity. Each SSD variant under this series features 3D NAND flash technology and is further enhanced with SLC cache technology to ensure consistent performance. 

To manage thermals, these SSDs incorporate an ultra-thin graphene heatsink, which effectively dissipates heat from both the controller and the NAND flash. The top-tier "CLASSIC C47" model offers capacities ranging from 512GB to 4TB. Its maximum transfer speeds are as follows: sequential read rates peak at 7,400MB/s for the 512GB version and 7,000MB/s for other models, while write speeds top at 7,000MB/s, with variations between 4,800MB/s and 6,800MB/s depending on the model. This model's total write capacity spans from 700TBW to 5,800TBW. It boasts an MTBF of 1.7 million hours, a 5-year warranty, and has dimensions of 22mm width, 80mm depth, 3.7mm thickness, weighing in at 7g. The mid-tier "CLASSIC C45" is available in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB capacities. Its maximum transfer speeds reach up to 5,000MB/s for sequential reading and vary from 2,500MB/s to 4,500MB/s for writing. It offers a total write volume between 500TBW and 2,000TBW, shares the same MTBF and warranty period as the C47, and maintains identical physical dimensions.

Lastly, the entry-level "CLASSIC C43" offers three storage options: 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB. Its sequential read speeds range from 3,300MB/s to 3,500MB/s, while write speeds vary between 2,400MB/s and 3,200MB/s. Its total write range is from 300TBW to 1,200TBW. Like its counterparts, the C43 also has an MTBF of 1.7 million hours, a 5-year warranty, and the same physical specifications.
