TCL is preparing  its upcoming flagship TV series, the X11H, set to initially launch in the Chinese market. This series marks a significant advancement in the company's offerings, incorporating MiniLED LCD technology. The X11H features a highly efficient backlight system that is 40% more energy-efficient than traditional Mini-LED designs. Despite its slim profile, comparable to a tablet's thickness without its base, the X11H does not compromise on performance. The X11H series is equipped with a 4K VA LCD panel, supporting a high refresh rate of 144Hz. It includes a staggering 14,112 dimming zones and achieves a peak brightness of up to 6500 nits. The series will be available in two sizes: 85 inches and 98 inches.

Additionally, TCL has introduced the X11H Max, a premium variant tailored for the luxury market in China. This 163-inch model (approximately 200 cm diagonal) boasts XDR brightness levels up to 10,000 nits and supports a 22-bit color gamut with HDR formats up to 12 bits. The X11H Max is designed to offer an immersive home cinema experience with a built-in 6.2.2 channel sound system, which can be upgraded to a 7.1.4 channel setup.

The pricing for the X11H series in China is as follows: the 163-inch X11H Max is priced at approximately 799,999 RMB ($110,000 USD), the 98-inch version at a retail price of 49,999 RMB (about $6,890 USD) with a pre-sale price of 44,999 RMB (approximately $6,200 USD), and the 85-inch model at a retail price of 29,999 RMB (around $4,135 USD) with a pre-sale price of 27,999 RMB (about $3,860 USD). While the X11H series is poised to replace the current flagship models in the US and Europe, its global availability outside of China remains uncertain. TCL's release strategy typically aligns with major tech events such as CES in January or IFA in September.
