The Intel Core i9-14900K, a component of the Raptor Lake Refresh series, has been analyzed using CPU-Z benchmarks, revealing its detailed technical specifications.

This LGA1700 CPU retains a core count identical to the Core i9-13900K, consisting of 24 cores—8 P-cores and 16 E-cores. Notably, its clock speed has been incremented by 200 MHz compared to the previous model.

A prominent technical feature of the Core i9-14900K is the 6.0 MHz Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB), which is specific to the P-Cores. Preliminary data indicates a Thermal Design Power (TDP) rating of 125W and a necessary 1.385V voltage to attain the aforementioned clock speed.

In the CPU-Z benchmark evaluation, the Core i9-14900K scored 978 points in the single-core test and 18117.5 points in the multi-core test. When compared to the Core i9-13900K, there's an increase of 9.7% in single-core and 8.4% in multi-core performance. Against the Core i9-12900K, the results demonstrate a 19.4% and 59% enhancement in single-core and multi-core scores, respectively. This notable multi-threaded performance rise is due to the increased E-Core count.

It's anticipated that Intel will introduce the Core K-CPUs within the 14th Gen Core series in an upcoming technical showcase. The debut of the Raptor Lake Refresh series is projected for the month following this introduction.
