Asia based Expert-Oriented has announced the release of a new external stand for M.2 SSDs, named "KURO-DACHI/CLONE/NVMe,". This device allows for easy insertion of M.2 SSDs from above and features a simple cloning operation enabled by a dedicated button. The "KURO-DACHI/CLONE/NVMe" stand supports up to two M.2 SSDs (M-key/B&M-key) and is equipped with USB 3.2 Gen 2 × 2 Type-C interface for connection to PCs. Users can activate the drive copy function by simply placing two M.2 SSDs in the stand and pressing the clone button, making it convenient to duplicate entire drives without the need for additional software.

This device also includes a built-in LED indicator that displays the copy progress and any error notifications. It incorporates a power-saving feature that halts operations when the connected PC is turned on or left idle, contributing to energy efficiency.
