We've shown this one in the past, if you do not insert the GPU power connector properly, you'll see some yellow. MSI launched two new models of power supply units, the "MAG A1000GL PCIE5" and "MAG A1250GL PCIE5," compliant with the ATX 3.1 standard and supporting PCI Express 5.1. The units are available in two capacities, 1,000W and 1,250W, both certified with 80PLUS GOLD for energy efficiency. They provide a +12V single rail output, with 83.3A for the 1,000W model and 104.1A for the 1,250W model. A distinct feature includes a yellow connector for the 12VHPWR cable to ensure full insertion and connectivity reliability.

Additionally, each unit includes a 135mm fan with fluid dynamic bearing technology, optimizing a balance between cooling efficiency and noise reduction. Safety features are robust, including an active power factor correction (PFC) circuit and protections against overcurrent (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), undervoltage (UVP), overload (OPP), and short circuits (SCP).
