ASUS IoT Unveils NUC-Sized SBC 'Tinker Board 3N' with -40 to 85°C Support

ASUS IoT introduced the "Tinker Board 3N," a single board computer (SBC) designed in the NUC size that accommodates a wide temperature range of -40 to 85°C. 



This compact SBC utilizes the quad-core Rockchip RK3568 CPU, a 64-bit compatible processor, and is further complemented by the Arm Mali-G52 GPU. The "Tinker Board 3N" distinguishes itself from its predecessor through substantial enhancements in performance. The CPU demonstrates a 7% improvement, while the GPU showcases a 17% advancement. Notably, the UX performance achieves an impressive boost of up to 31%. This performance elevation positions the SBC for versatile application scenarios including IoT gateways, digital signage, and self-service kiosks.

Key specifications of the "Tinker Board 3N" encompass LPDDR4 / LPDDR4X memory options with capacities of 2GB, 4GB, or 8GB. Storage provisions consist of 32GB / 64GB eMMC, accompanied by a microSD card slot. Additionally, the board integrates a 16MB SPI flash memory. Connectivity options include an M.2 3042/3052 B-Key expansion slot, dual LAN capabilities, and an M.2 2230 E-Key tailored for wireless modules conforming to IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards, complemented by Bluetooth 5.0 support.

Display outputs encompass HDMI x 1 and an LVDS + eDP connector x 1. The external dimensions of the board measure 100 x 100 mm. Supported operating systems encompass Android 12 and Debian 11, providing flexibility for various application demands.
