Published by

Razer introduced the Huntsman V3 X Tenkeyless (TKL) keyboard, equipped with the new Razer Box optical switches. This product has been launched in China with a retail price of approximately $119 USD. The Huntsman V3 X Tenkeyless keyboard features the innovative Razer Box optical switches, which are designed for high-speed actuation and durability, boasting up to 100 million keystrokes. The new "box-style" design of these switches enhances keycap stability and provides brighter RGB lighting effects through a semi-transparent switch housing.

The keyboard offers two types of Razer Box optical switches:

  1. Standard Razer Box optical switches with a 1.5 mm actuation distance and 55 grams of actuation force.
  2. Linear Razer Box optical switches with a shorter 1.2 mm actuation distance and a lighter 38 grams of actuation force.

These switches are mounted on an aluminum top plate that adds structural integrity and aesthetic appeal to the keyboard. Keycaps are made from double-shot molded ABS, ensuring durability and featuring Razer Chroma RGB lighting for customizable aesthetics.

The Razer Huntsman V3 X Tenkeyless adopts an 87-key layout, suitable for users who prefer a compact form factor without the numeric keypad. It supports a 1000Hz polling rate for fast and reliable signal processing. The keyboard weighs approximately 741 grams.

As of now, this keyboard model has only been released in China and is available through local social media and e-commerce platforms. Razer has not announced any details regarding an international release.
