AOC and Porsche Design have jointly introduced a formidable gaming monitor, the AOC Agon PD49, which features a massive 49-inch QD-OLED display. This curved display, under the somewhat unwieldy moniker "Porsche Design | AOC AGON PRO PD49 Curved Gaming Monitor," combines sleek aesthetics with gaming innovation. While advertising slogans like "a display as big as a windshield" abound, let's delve into the technical details of this impressive display. The PD49 boasts a 49-inch QD-OLED display with an expansive diagonal measurement of 124.46 cm, offering an ultra-wide 32:9 aspect ratio. Its curvature at 1800R ensures an immersive viewing experience.

With a rapid refresh rate of up to 240 Hz and Adaptive Sync, this monitor is ideal for gaming. Its QD-OLED panel, a mere 5 mm thick, boasts a high resolution of 5,120 × 1,440 pixels. Additionally, the display achieves a maximum brightness of 1,000 cd/m² and holds VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification. It impressively covers 99 percent of the DCI-P3 color space.
