The PCIe $.0 model is called the ADC-M2D2P80 and it is an NVMe M.2 SSD that is connected through PCI-Express4.0 (x4) and uses 3D TLC NAND flash. In addition to being compatible with PlayStation 5, the device is fitted with an aluminum heat sink that can minimize heat generation by up to 20%.

There are two storage capacity options available: 1TB and 2TB. Main specifications include a maximum sequential read speed of 7,400 megabytes per second and a maximum write speed of 5,500 megabytes per second on the 1TB model. The drive has a total writing capacity of 740 terabytes per second. The 2TB variants have sequential read and write speeds of 7,400MB / sec, 6,800MB / sec, and 1,480TBW, respectively. The product's external measurements are 22 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, and 4.3 mm in height. It weighs around 10 g and has a 5-year warranty.

"ADC-M2D1P80," is a PCI-Express3.0 (x4) connected NVMe M.2 SSD that uses 3D TLC NAND flash. The capacity lineup consists of four versions with different capacities: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

The sequential reading transfer speed is a maximum of 1,800MB / sec, and the writing speed is a maximum of 1,200MB / sec (256GB is 900MB / sec, 128GB is 600MB / sec), with a total write capacity ranging from 60TBW to 480TBW. The total write capacity is 60TBW to 480TBW. The external dimensions are 22 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, and 2.15 mm in height. The weight is around 8 g, and the product warranty is 5 years.

It has a SATA3.0 (6Gbps) connection and uses 3D TLC NAND flash. The ADC-M2D1S80 has a 500x375a resolution and the S25D1S 500x375c resolution. The ADC-M2D1S80 is an M.2 SSD with a SATA3.0 (6Gbps) connection and utilizes 3D TLC NAND flash. The capacity range consists of three variants with capacities of 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB respectively.

This storage device can transport data at a maximum rate of 550 megabytes per second for sequential reading and 510 megabytes per second while writing (500 megabytes per second for 120GB, 410 megabytes per second for 120GB), and its total write capacity ranges from 70 to 210 terabytes per second. The external dimensions are 22 mm in width, 80 mm in depth, and 3.5 mm in height. The weight is around 7 g, and the product warranty is three years.

The "ADC-S25D1S" is a 2.5-inch solid-state drive (SSD) featuring a SATA3.0 (6Gbps) interface and 3D QLC NAND memory. The capacity range consists of four variants with capacities ranging from 240GB to 480GB to 960GB to 1.92TB.

The sequential reading transfer speed is 520MB / sec, while the writing transfer speed is 450MB / sec. The total write capacity ranges from 50TBW to 400TBW. The product's external specifications are as follows: width 69.85 mm, depth 100.45 mm, height 7 mm, weight approximately 47.5 g, and the product warranty is three years.
