The RX 7700 XT features 48 Compute Units (CUs) and is equipped with 12 GB GDDR6 memory operating at 18 Gbps. The card has a dual 8-pin power connector and provides a boost frequency close to 2.50 GHz. Its board power is approximately 235W when measured.

Both the Radeon RX 7000 Series and Nvidia's comparable GPUs possess built-in AV1 hardware encoding and decoding capabilities, making them more handy for streamers. As you can see, the card has a dual BIOS, which, other then an extra backup BIOS, does not serve any purpose.

Dark accents enhance the card's appearance; no LEDs are active on the card.  Here, you can also see the older 8-pin power connector header.

The card's heatsink runs throughout the PCB, with a no opening on the backplate for the last fan to expel heat. Weighing roughly 1.1kg, the card features three DisplayPorts (DP 2.1) and a full-sized HDMI port (v2.1).

The design is massive, reaching almost 33.5cm and two and a half slots thick. The spinners keep the product cooled down whilst not being too noisy.
