The RAM came in a mainly black box with red accents. The product picture, the series name on the front, and the (exclusive) AMD compatibility can be seen. There are also mentioned capacity and frequency.

A cut-out shows one of the two black memory bars on the backside, and some basic features are listed.

The VULCANα kit (consisting of two 16 GB modules running at 6000 MHz) has a nice look and a black exterior. PCB is black, and AMD EXPO is supported. The radiators are integrated with the PCB using an adhesive pad on each side, and dismantling them would require significant strength (or heating up with a hairdryer for a more extended period), so I did not do this. I did not recommend it either (as it would void the warranty).

The backside stickers tell you this is a 2 x 16 GB kit operating at 6000 MHz CL38 at 1.25V. This should be more than enough for the typical user/gamer (it's rather aimed at some more hardcore users), and it can come in handy for you if you process video or graphics. We recommend sticking to the preconfigured EXPO profile settings for optimal performance.
