On the top side, we can see a 135 mm FDB Fan. It is a HA13525H12F-Z, made by Hong Hua, with revs up to 2000 rpm, and it’s 25 mm thick. Seasonic’s PSUs are built with 100% Japanese, 105℃ capacitors, providing the highest reliability, and that’s the reason why they offered a 10-year warranty. Without cables, the unit weighs 1.61 kg.
Inside, there are only high-end Japanese capacitors certified for 105°C. The interior looks more like a Focus series, not a Prime. The soldering quality is really nice. There is also an NTC thermistor and a corresponding bypass relay for enhanced inrush current protection. The APFC MOSFET is an Infineon IPA50R190CE, with a Champion CM6901T6X resonant controller. For the PFC, there is a Champion CM6500UNX controller.
On the secondary side, you’ll see a Weltrend WT7527V supervisor IC.
In the Connect module, you can see the PWM controller, an ANPEC APW7159C. Additionally, there’s an extra over-temperature protection circuit.
