FCAT Frame Experience Analysis Shadow of Mordor

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor Frame Experience Analysis

Above, the percentile chart of the 55 seconds gaming @ 2560x1440. Here we plot FPS and place it in relation to percentiles.

  • 50% of the time measured frames is doing roughly 98 FPS, which would be the average framerate.

Please let me remind you of the fact that this is measured at a monitor resolution of 2560x1440, the higher and more straight the line, the better.

On this 55 second run the graphics card manages to remain below 15 ms (here lower is better), we see no stuttering in the chart. Again, with this chart, lower = better as the faster one frame is rendered, the lower latency will be. Huge spikes above 40 ms to 50 ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate.

The one spike at the end - that is the end of the benchmark where the sequence returns to the results screen, so that is not an anomaly at all. The GeForce GTX Titan X shows absolute perfection frame experience analysis wise.
