Overall the card can ooze out roughly 5.8 TFLOPS in single precision performance (based on AMD claims / measurements). The 14nm FinFET+ process based Radeon RX 480 will have a ~150 TDP and has 36 CUs x 64 shader processors per CU = 2304 Shader processors).
You are going to spot a proper single 8-pin power connector that feeds the six phase design. Basically it delivers 150 Watts and then another 75 Watts is fed though the PCI-Express slot (depending on how the phase distribution is configured). In theory this means enough headroom for tweaking. So the backside has a nice back-plate with proper vents.
As stated monitor display outputs include one DVI, two DisplayPort 1.4 connectors and one HDMI 2.0b. Overall the card design is terrific in terms of aesthetics. Nice dark looks. The card also has been fitted with a proper back-plate. And I like the bright red the card is using. It matches our mobo quite well also ;) On top you'll see the MSI / dragon logo, that on is RGB configurable. Of course, you can also turn them off as well. That RGB coloring of your personal preference does work wonders in a color toned PC. The LED system can be controlled individually by choosing any of the animation effects available in the MSI Gaming App, ranging from responding to your game sounds or music to steady light, breathing and flashing.
