When we flip the unit around we see a small mini-pc of its kind, it measures only 20 x 20x 7cm in size.

At the bottom you'll see rubber pads; remove these and you'll stumble into screws that needs to come out if we want to open it up.

The two slots for DDR4 RAM are preloaded with a total of 16 GB. One 512 GB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe slot, with room for a second M.2 2280 SSD (NVMe or SATA) if desired. In addition, a third M.2 2230 slot was used to incorporate a WiFi 6E card. Intel is present inside this unit, the network card is configured by an I225-V Ethernet controller allowing a 2.5 Gbps connection.

Neptune HX90G is among the most potent small PCs available. Radeon RX 6650M, a Navi 23-based graphics card with 8 GB VRAM and 28 Compute Units, is the only GPU that will be included in the Neptune HX90 first G's distribution. The Neptune HX90G, by MINISFORUM's estimations, will size in around 2.8 litres and feature a 260W power supply.

Now we had to look twice here, but that WIFI module originates from AMD as well, it registers back as RZ608, and that's AMD's Wi-Fi 6E module, basically, that's a rebranded MediaTek MT7921K module with an AMD logo on it.  We'll test this unit out deeply on the 2.4, 5 and 6 Ghz frequencies.
