DDR4; we use 3600 MHz on the memory subsystem throughout all tests and benchmarks for DDR4, a value equal for both AMD and Intel systems when tested and applicable. Listed below are the latency values.
DDR5; we are moving from 5200 MHz as default towards 6000 MHz. The new processors benefit from faster memory, which is now getting cheaper also.
Since this kit comes delivered with 3200 MHz CL22 SODIMMs, we'll have to use that.
