Quite a lovely layout actually, 100% NVIDIA reference design as far as I can tell.
At the front we can see the usuals in the shape of S-Video, DVI-I and CTR/VGA connectors. You can clearly see that this is the much preferred single-slot solution, also notice there's no need for an extra power supply connector. It feeds from the PCI-Express bus 100%
