Enough with the marketing stuff here so we can proceed to the essence. Let’s see what we have under the hood. At last, the Thaiphoon Burner, an excellent utility for checking the essential data on RAM – can be used for the DDR5. You can not find the QVL for this kit.

The chips are covered with a heatsink to ensure the memory and PCB maintain a similar temperature, providing the best performance. Traditionally, we’ll kick off the review with photo-shooting and the practical part (benchmark/games). You put the sticks in, enable XMP (which is, in fact, the industry standard, and it’s hard to spot any RAM without this feature nowadays), reboot, and that’s it. Well, at least, usually, it’s the case. Today it will be a bit different, as such high-frequency memory has some additional requirements, as it should be a 13th gen Intel CPU (with a good IMC – Integrated Memory Controller) and preferably a 2-DIMM motherboard.
