Since you have four USB 3.0 ports, you'll spot two NEC chips on this motherboard. You get a total of 2 x USB 3.0 ports compatible to both USB 3.0 / 2.0 devices and a luxurious 8 x USB 2.0 ports.

You'll also spot two of these chips, these in fact are Dual RealTek RTL8111E Gigabit Fast Ethernet Controllers.

SATA 3 6G doesn't come native, so you'll spot a Marvell 9128 IC supporting 2 x eSATA 6.0Gb/s ports supporting external SATA 6.0Gb/s devices and then 2 x Serial ATA 6.0Gb/s ports supporting 2 x SATA 6.0Gb/s device. This chip supports SATA RAID 0 and 1, not 5 and 10.

Okay enough tech gibberish. We do like to mention that the motherboard has two extra chips, one NVIDIA nForce 200 PCI Express switch chip allowing 32 PCIe lanes and thus offers full SLI support, but also a PLX PEX 8608 PCIe Gen 2 switch which offers 8 PCI Express Gen2 (5.0GT/s) lanes for the USB 3.0 and SATA 6G controllers.
