You need to process the 2.5” drives installation before putting it in the motherboard.
Before installing the motherboard (with pre-fitted I/O Shield) we had to remove the 140 mm fan for a moment. The front provides space for radiators up to 360 mm; the top is up to 280 mm. We installed our old/trustworthy NZXT Kraken X62 (280 mm LCS) at the top to not remove the three pre-installed 120 mm fans at the front. To be honest it was an extremely tight fit.
Routing the cables at the back of the motherboard tray wasn’t very difficult, as there's about 20 mm of space for that.
The inside is very flexible in terms of the installation process. It’s possible to remove the 3.5” bays if you want to fully. Speaking of them, you need to flip the whole chassis around and take out the entire tray to install the drives.
