The top of the chassis is a real treat alright. Here we can find the front-panel I/O, now covered under a latch. Which is a significant change over the original chassis. Let me show you just that:
The panel, which can slide backwards, functions as a protective cover. We see a fan LED on/off switch, USB 3.0 x 2 (internal), USB 2.0 x 2, Mic x 1, Audio x 1 (supports HD/AC97 audio), a reset switch, and a power switch. Cooler Master stripped away the eSATA header and since this isn't an "advanced' model, there's no X-Dock either.
There is a thing rather annoying here, if you want to power up the PC, then you have to move that latch. So for the next revision Cooler Master should really locate the power button outside the latch. Behind the front panel IO is storage room for USB sticks and what not.
When we look at the bottom we see white rubber feet to prevent resonating and vibration, a nice large mesh for PSU ventilation and to the right two spots for 120mm fans or again a dual 120mm rad, now conveniently covered with a removable dust filter.
