Look closely at that soundcard... the top part can be removed and mirrored 180 degrees. It's a VIA Envy 24 based soundcard.
Meet my first ever computer that I bought, the Sinclair ZX spectrum. Todays calculaters have more efficiency, but man was that thing a hit. To this date I hate the fact that I do not own one anymore. This is where it all started for me, the passion for technology I mean.
