A nice perspective view. Notable is (to the left, just behind the rear IO connectivity) the new USB 3.0 motherboard connector. Connect a USB 3.0 bracket and you gain another two USB 3.0 ports.
Very eye catching is of course the overall design. Slot connectivity wise you'll spot four PCI Express x16 slots. Thanks to an NVIDIA NF200 bridge chip you will have full x16 PCIe lanes on two slots configured like so:
