Memory Read test
Obviously we also had to peek at memory bandwidth performance. The new memory controller works well for AMD's FX series as performance has skyrocketed. We let the motherboard decide what default frequency it would pick, and it chose 1600 MHz. So with 1866 MHz you can still go a notch faster but realistically 1866 or higher won't do much for performance at all.
Memory Write test
We did the same with the memory write tests. AMD breaks the 10K marker with dual-channel DDR3 memory configurations.
Sandra Memory Index
One more memory test, here we make use of the Sandra Memory performance test, it gives us an index score of overall memory performance.
