You don't want to cool the NAND, cooling nand is a bad idea. Cool the controller yes, but not the nand. Data retention is severely impacted when nand is kept too cool.

why 5v rgb? all my headers on mb are 12v rgb.

why 5v rgb? all my headers on mb are 12v rgb.
Addressable RGB (where you can have multiple colours along one RGB strip) use 5V. The standard 12V RGB headers/lights can only output one colour at a time.
