Japanese maker. Cards might be produced in China or Thai, but so does MSi, Asus or other makers. "xpert Oriented" is cheapest brand in Japan, comparing to Asus, MSi and other vendors. I bought "xpert Oriented"'s 7850 for my brother. It went bad (no boot) after 6 months of usage. However I was lucky to get it back to work by baking it. Still going strong, but noisy. Won't buy their products again. Way too much trouble and noise for lower price.
