When someone want a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX case, it is obvious it's because of the size, otherwise they just buy a ATX case, so the question is why they made the dame case Micro-ATX an then put some bars around and made the case unnecessary bigger?

Doesn't seems the case here, its purely aesthetic. And even if it was for carrying I don't see it very functional. One handler in the middle is the ideal.
