Peggle and Lego? NSA take my money! Not.

That line-up is something I expect from Wii-U and not XB1, to be honest.

There are a lot of interesting games on the list, nothing to be ashamed of.

only one I missed due to my passion of the SNES is killer instinct. Rest of the titles I will either purchase for PC or don't really get me excited.

Not much exclusives, most of the interesting ones are also on PS4, and the rest are either franchise recycles or family casuals. Unless you're into Forza there really is nothing to shout out about. I mean, COD just isn't cutting it anymore.

Well, yeah. I meant that it's not bad by any means. It's not breathaking etc, but it doesn't have to blow your mind to be good. One good move by Sony was to show indie games - they were kinda exclusive to PC, so it's something to talk about in the console world. MS might show some indie games too, as well as something that was PC-exclusive too, like strategy games or quality MMO.

I can't believe that the Killer Instinct game is only going to ship with a handful of characters and you will have to pay extra for the rest of them. That is REALLY lame, I'm getting really disgruntled with the model that companies are using for games these days. I don't get why they can't just complete a game and then ship it, why keep adding DLC that really should have been part of the game in the first place!?

Because, purely IMO, MS need a mind-blowing line-up for its launch titles. Thanks to their flip-flopping Terms of Use on their XB1, they're pretty much an easy target for Sony's marketing. They really don't need to season themselves to get grilled medium well by showing a minuscule selection of exclusives. As things currently stand, it looks like MS is focusing on making the XB1 a home entertainment device rather than a gaming console. But considering users still have to pay extra (XB Live) just to watch something they already paid for (e.g Netflix), dunno. Then again, a lot of people still getting lots of 360 (aside from RROD replacements) given the same hurdles as above (e.g Live subscription on top of Netflix), so maybe MS'd also do just fine this time around. And also to take into account that MS decision to ban third-party accessories and HDDs on 360 didn't really deter its fanbase; can't really underestimate the power of loyalists.

I don't know how Steam or PSN handles updates, but IIRC indie devs have to pay whenever they want to update their games on Live. If that's still the case then don't expect indie games showing up on Live as much as on PSN. CMIIW though.

You can blame Capcom for that; they started the trend IIRC. =b

I blame Capcom as well, even if they weren't the very first they pushed it hard. Aksys followed, and now all fighting games are designed to milk every drop out of you. KI also happens to be the only reason I would even think of touching a ****box 1 with a 100 meter latex covered pole. Think, not actually do, I'll wait until its games can run on a virtual machine on Windows or until it's released on another platform. Screw Micro$haft and their love for assisting spying.

Except DAIVU-KICK! That game is horribly fun. =b

I actually Googled "DAIVU-KICK!" and the first and only real match is you in this thread mentioning it. :wanker: I'm going to go ahead and guess I should have Googled "Dive Kick" instead.

A surprisingly good launch line up, better than the PS4 one which was quite weak in comparison. Won’t be getting on myself though, not at that price anyway as would rather buy a new PC GPU. I actually enjoy the fiddly hassle of setting up PC games more than actually playing the game, unless I have people over I find the plug and play side of console gaming quite boring. There is no spying going on with the Xbox One, nor would it be easy for MS to do so if you didn't want it to. If that worried me I would have to ditch my phone as well, which is much more of a spying device than any console could possibly ever be.

Lol seriously? xD And yeah you should've googled 'Dive Kick' instead. =b
