How do you make it to stay on a certain build and receive updates for that build without it forcing you onto a newer build? I'd very much like to stay on 1909 but 10 just does whatever it wants and is always on the newest the moment it sees internet.

I use Win 10 Enterprise LTSC (1809), it doesn't even check for updates unless I tell it to and it never tries to update to a newer build.
