That's the mysterious Tahiti LE SKU. http://www.guru3d.com/news_story/amd_radeon_hd_7890_tahiti_le_launches_november_27.html This is TUL only, they introduced a 7900 IC into the 7800 series, so Club3D, PowerColor and VTX3D will offer these cards just with a different sticker (if you can find them at all).
