If it would have a network connection and a small web interface to reset or power on/off the pc it would actually be handy But the times i want to reboot my pc windows is crashed so it looks completely useless in this setup.

Some people may consider it handy feature. But Cloud, Next thing hackers mess with. 100,000 PCs down, 100,00 PCs up. Or even worse, some Thermaltake's engineer accidentally flips prod environment instead of test.
