The 6 (SIX!!!) vertical slots make no sense at all.

You can use the closest slots for stuff like slot mounted eSATA ribbon extenders or USB3 ports and the like. From an economical standpoint it makes more sense to have them there for the rare occasion someone wants to use them because it would use more steel to have nothing at all there.

The Core P5 has the option to mount it vertically or horizontally depending on how you have the mainboard set up. Looks like the P8 is slightly taller, you couldn't use the vertical GPU mount and the sideways power supply at the same time on the P5.

This design must be one of those that draws its air from a 4th spacial dimension that we don't normally have access to. Either that or it's going to be an oven in there... unless the pictures don't clearly show thin opening in the glass and even then I would bet on the oven. The only thing that makes me question that is the fact that their absurd "moar glass!" View 71 has decent thermals even stock with 2 puny fans unless I was drunk and high while watching the Gamer's Nexus review on it. I'm going to be disappointed otherwise, because I ordered one. 😕 I focus all on thermals / compatibility first, function over form, and yet ordered the most flashy/gaudy case.
