Ok, this is nice and all. But why do these guys think that we will still have rubbish bags and soda plastic cans in 2389 ?

Awesome, also the soundtrack is really creepy and fitting with the art. Good job!

I liked the futuristic take on a flying Delorean.

That rain drops looks like 5fps. I think most UE4 techdemo's looks more impressive.

No matter what Engine or What Talent you use. When it comes to Final product or Gameplay no one can beat the beauty of CRYENGINE period...Hunt:Showdown is latest example of that Engine Beauty.

Did this video just start off with a raytraced puddle?

This reminds me very much of the aesthetic in the Bladerunner film, which was made way back in 1982.

I'll advise watching at twice the speed tho, made it much more interesting to me !

Beautiful eye candy... all it does it make we wish for Cyberpunk 2077 faster!
The baked in reflections and specular effects are awesome. I cannot wait until the day when HW RT at 4K is a reality.

It don't get what people like about this... We've had tech demo trailers for years and in comparison I'd say that the trailer for Starcraft 2 looks better than this and that is almost a decade old. Furthermore, one thing is sure... we will never have running games that look like this. Trailers are one thing but actual gameplay? Nope, totally different environment.

unity is why i don't touch this with a 10 foot pole.

Mmh ... i've seen better stuff - and that in a game in developement. I have to say, that walking, driving and flying through the environements of Star Citizen, i can see lots of more details and great effects and that being a alpha version of this game, but it's working (still with bugs here and there), but to me it looks better then this demo, which is not a game. It's nice to look at, no question, but it looks already surpassed by coming games or games being in production.
Here is a video about Lorville - a city style industrial area on the planet Hurston - in the running alpha version you can go there already:
