Hey, doesn't seem too bad, but can Linda Hamilton still act again, I saw her in a few 'recent' movies and she was terrible! I'd watch any Terminator film, I remember watching the first two as a kid, maybe I won't see it in the cinema, but I'd watch it.

And? It's a robot man the outside look is just that a look. It's not important at all. Unless there's a huge difference in size between the two robots it wont change anything. It's not 1 less foot of a metallic skeleton and less 100% useless fake muscles that will make the robot grossly under-perform. The most important part of the robot is the AI and how strong the technology used to make him move is (obviously not hydraulic in the case of a liquid robot). It's amazing that people are bucked by the fact a robot looks like a woman instead of a man.

honestly she look better then see did in lost girl series on syfy as for arnold well the can just CGI his role in his original 1980's role of the terminator. honestly I just want to see JC verison of the timeline right up to point where skynet was smashed and the first terminator was sent back.

1st Law of Thermodynamics says that it would be pretty damn harmless or would have fire rate of trebuchet. As for the movie... Chances are good that I'll like it. In the end, soundtrack will decide. But it is hard to beat T2 due to its awesome soundtrack which matches mood of scenes.

Well, what if they did learn from all those stupid trailers around. They show you something that will not be in actual movie and therefore does not need final rendering quality. (Because those scenes did look pretty damn generic, not revealing much of the plot.)

Salvation is probably closest I gonna get to seein the post apocalyptic world that we got glimps of in the terminator. which probably why it one of my favorite. genisys was just mind fcuk forget about all time traveling crap implications . and T3 was just terrible imo Kristanna Loken was selling point of the one T1, T2, Salvation where only good ones.

Yawn...looks absolutely cheesy and awful in every way. More of T2's "A boy and his friendly human loving killing machine" no thanks. Terminator series is dead until then can start over and make a real sequel to the first one. That one was awesome and scary!

I am out, calling this the true sequel to T2 doesn't change the fact that the Terminator time line has been mashed, retconned and twisted to the point that I no longer care. I'll watch it some time down the line just too see what twisted logic they use for having to stop Skynet from killing some important target in the past who is somehow responsible for stopping Skynet in the future even though Skynet always gets formed and for all purposes seems to be near immortal, for something that is meant to be a super intelligent AI it seems to be as dumb as a bag of rocks. Plus how they plan on explaining T800s return despite him being destroyed in T2 and how they plan to explain him being old.

It is not necessarily T800 from T1/2 as that model would hardly stand any chance once in melee. (Not agile, slow, does not recover from mechanical damage.) In T1 he stood against IEDs and low caliber weapons. In T2, T1000 did not really care to get adequate weaponry. It was painfully obvious that best T800 can do against T1000 is delay him. That's main thing both T1 and T2 movies did great. They depicted uphill battle with slim chance of survival and results were appropriate to given scenario.

Well, i find really cool to hear the name Sarah Connor again in the terminator franchise, missed it. Looking forward to it ! If Stallone can pull off Expendables, hell, Bad ass Sarah Connor, the killer of assassin robot, can do it too !

Looks like it could be a good movie, for once, unlike most of the crap that is being produced nowadays.

This is the issue with this 'this is the 'real' sequel to T2' is that T2 has already had a bunch of sequels all of which have explained his aging through logical means and in a way that worked. This jump from the young T800 getting destroyed to an aged model doesn't work. They sent another version of him back to an earlier point in time and now he's waited it out aging in the process? Yeah Genesis already did that one and that one ended with him getting a T1000 liquid skin upgraded so it makes even less sense but who cares time travel ret conn claim it's the 'real sequel to T3' insert dumb reason here. This is the problem with the Terminator saga now, time travel is used as a way of solving all the issues with the story and plot line but it has gotten to such a stupid point with the twist, turns, changes, retconns, etc that their is just no sense of tension or drama. Every one of them has tried to tell us that X leads to Y, stop X and Y doesn't happen right up until the next movie comes along and retconns things and tells us that actually stopping X didn't do a thing, Y still happened because of plot line reasons. Every plot is 'factor'; Sarah, John, John's commanders then John again, John again but also Reece, Reece again, stops Skynet, Skynet tries to kill or change factor that stops it, fails, some how is meant to be defeated but still happens anyway. At this point Skynet is more inevitable than Thanos with the difference being that no matter how many times Ironman snaps the gauntlet Thanos still finds a way to come back. Skynet is quite literally the turd that won't flush. On top of that the movie just doesn't look very good.

Did anyone ever watch The Sarah Connor Chronicles? I loved that series, Summer Glau's terminator was so cool... I guess that's the thing with time travel, you can change things and it's okay because it's kind of a plot device.

Awesome , cannot wait to go to the movie theater and watch it 🙂 .

You seriously dont see it? 1) Terminator is about John Connor and Sarah, if she is old there is ton to show in the future, which is the most interesting part that was shown the least [how many times we can see robot chasing someone in the past?] 2) Terminator is Definitely not a Chick Flick There are different templates to SJW movies/TV: This one is: Step One: Do NOT Create Original Content [otherwise no one will be angry on one side and you wont get virtual back pats on the otehr] Step Two: Take existing Franchise, Story, Book Series, Comics, old TV/Movie series an re-lunch: Swap all men with women. PROFIT What I see is Greedy, useless people that cant create anything new/or they assume they can get more $$$ if they follow twitter trends OR they actual insane believers.
